All our services are delivered digitally or through scheduled online sessions.
To maintain full transparency, here is how our delivery process works:
1. No Physical Shipping Required
We do not deliver:
- Physical boxes
- Books
- Packages
- Materials to your address
All healing services are digital or online.
Therefore, no shipping charges, no delivery timelines, and no courier tracking apply.
2. Delivery of Online Workshops & Sessions
Once you successfully complete your payment, you will receive:
2.1 Workshop Access
You will receive:
- Confirmation message/email
- WhatsApp/SMS with session link or instructions
- Workshop date, timing, and joining details
This is delivered within 1–12 hours after payment (usually much sooner).
2.2 One-on-One Healing Sessions
For personalised sessions, you will receive:
- A message or call to schedule your session
- Details of the chosen date and time
- Google Meet/Zoom link (or other platform link) before the session
All sessions are delivered online only.
3. Digital Materials Delivery (if applicable)
If your program includes digital materials such as:
- PDFs
- Worksheets
- Session recordings
- Healing exercises
They will be delivered to you via:
- Google Drive link
Delivery time: Within 24–48 hours after the session or workshop.
4. Service Availability
Our services are available worldwide, as long as you have:
- A stable internet connection
- A device capable of accessing video or audio sessions
There are no geographical restrictions, no shipping delays, and no customs-related issues.
5. Issues With Access?
If you face any issues like:
- Not receiving the session link
- Trouble accessing the workshop
- Missing digital materials
- Technical errors

- Your session is conducted as scheduled
- You access the workshop or recording
